SEO · Programmatic SEO Automation

We shipped 349 pages.
Then we counted the clicks.

Programmatic SEO Automation publishes template-driven pages at scale against long-tail queries. We have run it on our own site, so instead of describing the theory, this page shows you the result: 349 pages, a large pile of impressions, and almost no clicks. That outcome is the most useful thing we can tell you about programmatic SEO.

Publish at scale?

349 pages. Almost no clicks. Our own construction pages: real impressions, 4 clicks across 888 keywords in August.
Impressions are not demand. Ranking for a term nobody clicks is a cost, not an asset.
Templates need real data. A page that only reshuffles the same paragraph gets treated like one.
Published in waves, not all at once. So indexing stays healthy and each wave can be judged separately.

How It Works

Four moves. Every one of them yours to stop.

1
The query set comes from your own data

Discovery names the long-tail terms that actually exist for you, rather than a bought keyword list crossed with a city name.

2
Templates are filled with real differentiated data

This is the step most programmatic SEO skips, and skipping it is why most programmatic SEO fails.

3
Pages ship in controlled waves

Not 349 at once. Waves keep indexing healthy and make each batch measurable on its own.

4
Every wave is counted honestly

Impressions, clicks and enquiries per wave. If a wave produces impressions and no clicks, that is a finding, and we stop.

The System Behind It

Programmatic SEO pages

We built and shipped 349 programmatic pages for Ruh AI construction terms. They generated substantial impressions and almost no clicks: 888 construction keywords produced 4 clicks in August. The system works. The strategy, applied to those terms, did not.

Honest Limits

What this does not do yet.

This is the module where we most strongly recommend caution. Our own programmatic run underperformed and we are not going to sell it as a growth engine.
It needs genuinely differentiated data per page. If your pages would only differ by a swapped noun, it will produce impressions and nothing else.
Scale creates risk. Thin pages at volume can damage a domain, which is why waves and measurement are non-negotiable here.
It cannot make a query commercially valuable. Brand-fit scoring exists precisely to stop this module chasing traffic that never converts.
Questions

Asked before every walkthrough

Did programmatic SEO work for you?

No, not on construction terms. 349 pages produced impressions and 4 clicks across 888 keywords in August. We publish that because a case study where everything worked is not believable.

Then why offer it?

Because it works when the pages carry real differentiated data and the queries have commercial intent. Our failure was strategy, not machinery, and knowing the difference is worth something.

How many pages would you publish?

In waves, measured. If the first wave produces impressions without clicks, the right answer is to stop, and we will say so.
