SEO · On-Page Automation

Ranked fourth.
Earning like eleventh.

On-Page Automation finds two problems most reporting never names. The first is a page-one ranking earning well under the click curve, which is a title problem, not a position problem. The second is two of your own pages splitting one query, which is you competing with yourself. Both are cheap to fix and almost never on anyone list.

Your curve, not a textbook one. The expected CTR is fitted from your own snapshots, because your market is not the average.
The ranking is fine. Position four earning like position eleven is a title and description problem.
Two of your pages, one query. You are bidding against yourself and Google is picking the weaker one.
Merge, rewrite or leave alone. Each finding comes with the action, not just the observation.

How It Works

Four moves. Every one of them yours to stop.

1
Your own click curve is fitted first

Expected CTR by position is calculated from your snapshots rather than an industry chart that does not match your market.

2
Under-earners are named

Page-one rankings landing well below that curve. The position is already won; the click is being lost at the title and description.

3
Cannibalisation is detected

Two or more of your pages appearing for the same query. Google picks one, usually not the one you would.

4
Each finding ships with an action

Rewrite, merge, redirect or leave alone. A finding without a recommended action is just a chart.

The System Behind It

Keyword tracker + action feed

The CTR curve and cannibalisation detection run on stored Search Console snapshots. Findings can be handed to a coding agent through the action-feed contract, which is how changes actually reach the site repo.

Honest Limits

What this does not do yet.

It drafts the rewrite. A human still ships it, and on client sites that is a handoff, not a direct push.
Single site per install, same as the rest of the SEO module.
It cannot fix a page that should not exist. Sometimes the right answer is delete, and it will say so.
Questions

Asked before every walkthrough

What is a CTR under-performer?

A page ranking on page one but earning far fewer clicks than that position normally earns on your site. The fix is almost always the title or description, not more links.

How do you know what CTR to expect?

The curve is fitted from your own Search Console snapshots, not from a published industry table.

Does it change my site automatically?

No. It produces the recommended change. Shipping it is a human decision, and on client sites it goes through a handoff branch.
