Four jobs. Four modules.
Every one ends in a number.

CinySuite is one AI marketing platform with four modules: the one that makes you present, the one that makes you findable, and the one that turns the traffic you already have into enquiries. You switch on the modules you pay for and leave the rest off. Every piece of work is held for one human click.

The Problem

Every marketing team does four jobs.
Most do one of them well.

The calendar always slips

The strategy deck says three posts a week. Reality says one blog a month, written at midnight. Consistency is the whole game in SEO, and humans alone cannot hold the cadence.

Agencies bill, tools stall

Retainers cost thousands a month for content you still have to brief, chase and correct. Point tools generate drafts, then leave the planning, review and publishing to you.

Raw AI content reads like raw AI content

One prompt, one generic post. No research, no brand voice, no quality gate, no memory of what worked last week. Publishing it unreviewed is how brands get hurt.

Four Modules

Here they are.
Each one a loop, not a retainer.

A lead agent owns each module. It reads your data, decides what is worth doing, ships it, and reports the difference it made. Switch on one, two or all four.

Module 01 · Digital Marketing

Show up every week, on every channel, without anyone remembering to

Brands do not go quiet because the strategy was wrong. They go quiet because one person got busy. Scarlett plans the month, shapes each idea per platform, and holds everything for your approval before it publishes.

Module 02 · SEO

Your own search data decides what to fix, then proves it worked

Piper watches every query you already rank for, not a watchlist and not a third-party index. Julia then prices each opportunity in dollars: the clicks you would gain reaching the top three, valued at what those clicks cost in ads. She also scores which rankings are worth nothing to you, so vanity traffic never reaches the work list.

Module 03 · Website Optimisation

The cheapest growth is the visitors already arriving

Diane models the whole path, from visitors to form started to form submitted to lead captured, and names the single stage losing you the most people. A page with a thousand readers and no enquiries is not a content problem. It is the most valuable thing on your list.

Module 04 · Lead Generation

The other three modules exist to feed this one

Presence, discovery and conversion all end in the same place: someone raising a hand. Skott owns the outbound half and the capture half, plus the part nobody builds, which is getting the lead to a human fast enough to matter. Ads sits inside this module, because paid traffic is a channel into lead generation rather than a service of its own.

How It Works

One loop. Five moves.
Running in all four modules.

01 · RESEARCH

The R&D brain reads your market

Live keyword data, ranking gaps and your own performance history become the day's content brief.

02 · CREATE

Agents write and design

Full articles with covers and infographics, branded statics, carousels. Your brand pack drives every pixel.

03 · REVIEW

A 40-persona panel scores it

Every piece is rated across quality dimensions and held in Render. Nothing ships without a verdict.

04 · PUBLISH

You click once. It goes live

Blog to CMS, socials to every platform, on the schedule the planner set. Or fully automatic if you turn it on.

05 · LEARN

The suite gets better

Jury verdicts and real performance data feed the next brief. Weakest dimension gets targeted next cycle.

Inside The Suite

Four modules in one suite. Switch on what you pay for.

Digital Marketing module

Posting, creative, content, newsletter, video and reporting automation in one module. Pick your monthly counts, 20 blogs, 15 statics, 15 carousels, approve the ideas in one pass, and it renders and schedules everything on a cadence that alternates formats and skips Sundays. A month of presence, planned in minutes.

The Brain

SEO module

Business Analysis

Before any module switches on, we read the business: who buys, what they search, where the enquiries actually come from today, and which of the four modules would move the number first. Most engagements should not start with all four.

Tech Stack Audit

What you already run, what it costs, what overlaps and what is not instrumented. Ruh could not name the source of a single enquiry because attribution was never wired. That is the kind of thing this finds before you pay for traffic to a funnel nobody can read.

SEO Audit

Every query Google actually served you, with no threshold filter, each opportunity priced in dollars, and the rankings worth nothing to your business scored out. It ends in an ordered work list, not a 90-page document.

You pay for what you switch on

Modules are entitlements, not a bundle. Start with one, add the second when the first has earned it, and never pay for a module sitting idle. Toggling one takes about 15 seconds and the hub confirms it. Running CinySuite for your own clients? The same portal shows every hub: heartbeat, plan, queue, publishes, failures. Secrets never leave the hub, and every action is audit logged.

Questions

Asked before every walkthrough

What exactly is CinySuite?

CinySuite is an AI marketing automation suite: one system that researches your market, writes SEO blog articles, designs branded social posts and carousels, plans your monthly content calendar, holds everything for human review, publishes on schedule, and learns from the results. It replaces the production layer of a content team while keeping a human in charge of what ships.

How is this different from writing content with ChatGPT?

A chat prompt gives you one generic draft. CinySuite runs a pipeline: live keyword research chooses topics you can win, a brand pack drives voice and design, a 40-persona panel and a review gateway score and challenge every piece, a calendar publishes it on cadence, and jury verdicts plus real performance data rewrite the next brief. Generation is maybe a tenth of the system.

Does it publish without a human?

Only if you turn that on. By default every piece holds in the Render review room with its scores and verdicts until a human clicks approve. Autopilot publishing is a per-client switch, and even then everything passes the same quality gates first.

Which platforms does it publish to?

Blog articles publish to your CMS with covers, infographics and internal links. Social content fans out to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X with per-platform captions. Video reels and email campaigns are in early access with design partners.

Can an agency run this for multiple clients?

Yes, that is what the Admin Portal is for. Each client gets their own hub with their own brand pack and plan, and the portal gives your team one fleet view: remote module toggles, per-client Slack or Teams notifications, usage against plan limits and a full audit log. Client credentials never leave the client's hub.

What does it take to onboard?

A brand pack: your colors, voice, authors, site links and audience. From there the engine plans its first month, and most teams start blog-first so results compound before switching on more modules. Onboarding is invite-only and takes days, not quarters.
