Lead Generation · Lead Routing

A lead that waits a day
is a lead you lost.

Lead Routing is the least glamorous thing in this module and the only part running in production. Every enquiry reaches your team inside 30 minutes with the detail that decides what to do about it: whether they booked a meeting or only filled the form. Those two people need completely different responses, and most teams find out days later.

Booked, or only filled the form. Two very different people. Most CRMs never tell you which.
No laptop required. It runs on scheduled infrastructure, not someone's open browser.
It routes. It does not reply. Nobody gets an automated response pretending to be a person.

How It Works

Four moves. Every one of them yours to stop.

1
The enquiry is detected

Form submissions and meeting bookings, picked up from your analytics rather than depending on an email that might land in spam.

2
It is classified

Booked a meeting, or filled the form and left. That single distinction changes who calls and how fast.

3
It is posted where your team already is

Slack for us. Wherever your team actually looks, for you. Not another dashboard nobody opens.

4
It keeps running when nobody is watching

Scheduled infrastructure, every 30 minutes, including the weekend.

The System Behind It

Lead alerts

This is live on our own site now, on a 30-minute cycle, and it was last improved three days ago. It is the smallest system we run and the one we would miss first.

Honest Limits

What this does not do yet.

It routes and classifies. It does not reply to anyone on your behalf, and we are not planning to.
It needs your site instrumented. No events, no routing.
Thirty minutes is the cycle, not a guarantee. Scheduled infrastructure drifts, and ours has needed the window widened once already.
It cannot tell you which channel the lead came from. That is attribution, and on our own site it is broken.
Questions

Asked before every walkthrough

Why does booked-versus-form matter so much?

Someone who booked a meeting has already decided to talk to you. Someone who filled a form and left may still be comparing. Treating them the same wastes the first and annoys the second.

Where do the alerts go?

Wherever your team already works. Ours go to a Slack channel.

Does it reply to leads automatically?

No. It tells a human. An automated reply pretending to be a person is worse than a slower real one.
