Lead Generation · Cold Outreach

One bad batch
burns the domain.

Cold Outreach sends sequences to a defined ICP with approved batches, reply and bounce tracking, and a dry run before anything leaves. It is deliberately awkward to fire. Every guardrail in it exists because the failure mode is not a bad campaign, it is a sending domain you cannot use again.

Dry run before every send. The default is that nothing goes out.
Nine mailboxes, three domains. Scaffolded for a pilot, not for volume. That is on purpose.
Replies and bounces tracked. A bounce rate climbing is a stop signal, not a statistic.
Early access, pilot scale. Built and guardrailed. Not production, and we will not say it is.

How It Works

Four moves. Every one of them yours to stop.

1
Define the ICP properly

A list is not an ICP. Who they are, what they are dealing with, and why now.

2
Write sequences that survive a reply

If the answer to your first email is a question, the sequence has to handle it. Most do not.

3
Dry run, then approve the batch

Nothing sends until a human looks at the actual batch. There is no autopilot here and we are not building one.

4
Watch replies and bounces as stop signals

Deliverability is the whole game. A rising bounce rate ends the run.

The System Behind It

Cold outreach agent

Built with reply intelligence, pre-registered experiments and daily guardrail reporting. Scaffolded across three domains and nine mailboxes for pilot sending, which is the honest scale of it today.

Honest Limits

What this does not do yet.

Pilot scale. Three domains, nine mailboxes. This is not a system for sending at volume today.
You need your own domains and mailboxes, warmed. That takes weeks and it is infrastructure work, not a setting.
We do not buy contact data. No brokers, no enrichment vendors. That rules out the fastest way to build a list, on purpose.
Cold outreach is regulated differently depending on where your prospects are. We will not pretend that is our risk to carry.
Questions

Asked before every walkthrough

Can I send at volume on day one?

No. Domains need warming and the system is pilot-scale today. Anyone promising volume immediately is setting fire to your domain.

Where do the contacts come from?

Yours, or research from published sources. We do not buy contact data from brokers.

What stops it sending something bad?

A dry run and a human approving the actual batch. The default state is that nothing sends.
