Enquiries

The contact form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not send your entries to Ciny or a CRM. When you open the draft, your email application handles it. You decide whether to send it to hello@ciny.ai. Your email provider and Ciny's mailbox provider then process that correspondence.

Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information. Preparing a draft does not create a lead record or confirm receipt.

Optional analytics

When a PostHog project is configured, we ask before enabling page and enquiry-action analytics. Declining does not affect the site. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer.

The integration sends recognised page paths and actions such as opening a case study or preparing an email draft. It removes URL queries and fragments, does not send form values, does not identify you by email, and disables session recordings, automatic interaction capture and person profiles. It uses an anonymous identifier held in memory, not an analytics cookie.

The service still receives network requests, which expose information such as an IP address to its infrastructure. Location enrichment is disabled. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals prevent analytics. No events are sent when the project is unconfigured.

Browser preferences

We store your analytics choice in local storage and your motion preference in session storage. These preferences stay in your browser. You can remove them using browser settings.

Questions and launch review

Email hello@ciny.ai about this website or information you have sent. Before direct CRM delivery or production analytics is activated, Ciny must confirm its legal operator details, provider region, retention periods and applicable rights process. This page describes the current implementation; those operational details have not yet been supplied.
